required po ba na naka list format yung CPD? very general po kasi ang trainings ko at hindi ko na maiispecify ang dates. acceptable po ba na narrative format?

kelangan po ba yung work experience details na nasa cv na isasubmit sa EA ay same sa details na nilagay ng company sa binigay nilang COE? meaning pedeng icopy ko na lang ung job description sa isusubmit kong COEs?

@Nat after po papirmahan sa kawork yung JD kelangan po ba ipanotarize? Hindi na po ba kelangang sa harap ng magnonotarize pipirma yung kawork? Pano po kung ung JD ay sa may letterhead nakaprint, kelangan pa din po ba ipanotarize?
