Spouse Claim Points (Dentist)

Good day! I would like to know if anyone in here had a similar experience to our problem. I am the main applicant, a Marketing Specialist trying to claim points sa South Australia, problem is 75 points lang ang total namin after adding SS points na. I was thinking if I can claim points from my wife? Ang kailangan ko kasi na points sa SA is 80 for VISA489.

My wife is a licensed dentist dito sa Pinas, she already take IELTS with 7 score. We also had her education and skills assessed by ADC, but it is not clear if we can use the result ng ADC for claiming points? Does my wife needs to take exams and be a licensed dentist sa AU bago kami makapagclaim ng points for her?
