Old TB Scar and IED

Hello po sa lahat. May tanong lang po ako sa mga nakaexperience na ng katulad sa case ko. I did my medical last October 18 for the visa I was found to have an old PTB scar which I had in 2006. I was asked to do the sputum and repeat x-ray in 3 months. As far as I know, validity ng medical would just be 6 months instead of one year. My question is, start po ba ng 6 months is yung date that I had my medical, which was October 18? Or yung date that I will be cleared of my medical, which would some time around February 2018?
