Hi all. We're renting the first level of our house in Woodridge. It's like a studio type room, fully furnished, about 500 meters (about 5 minutes walk) from bus stops for 545, 552 and 550 buses. For a single person, it will cost $150 per week, inclusive of electricity, water and internet. For two people sharing the room, it will be $200 per week or $100 per person.
