Visa 489 questions - South Australia

Hello sa mga merong Sub Class 489 Provisional Visa! I have few questions lang regarding this type of visa.

Backstory: I have an active EOI seeking for VIC nomination (SC 190) pero my agent also lodged an application sa SA pero SC 489 (yun lang kasi open na stream para sa occupation ko). SA daw has faster turn-around time sa pag-invite compared sa VIC. So plan is, if ma-invite kami sa SA, we'll wait until malapit na matapos yung 60 days na allowed kami mag lodge for visa grant, pag wala pa din nomination from VIC before that 60 days is up, we'll take the 489 na. Kabado ako sa 489 kasi temporary sya eh. Pero we want to prepare na din in advance. So here are my questions sana may makasagot.

1. Healthcare -- diba hindi available and Medicare for 489 holders? Magkano ang usual na cost ng insurance, preferably sa SA?
   
2. Starting a family -- I will be migrating if ever ma-grant with my husband. Wala pa kaming anak dahil ang plan namin is if ever makarating kami, doon na kami mag-baby. Pero pag 489 hindi magiging automatic na citizen si bagets diba? Pano process nun?
   
3. Saan suburb mura ang accommodation?
   
4. Okay ba ang transpo system doon?
   
5. Magkano usually ang utilities like electricity, water, etc?
   
6. Typical range ng monthly expenses?
