Piece of advice, if you have enough points (60) and your occupation does not impose a higher point requirement like accountants, auditors, etc. 189 is the first option for you. 189 is flexible and you can live anywhere in oz.

Explore 190 if you are short of points. Note that each state has different time frames in processing state sponsorship so no guarantee that your application will be processed quickly. Also, 190 has a 2 year restriction that you have to live in the sponsoring state. Be careful on the 2 yr clause 'coz others breach that condition in their visa and had issues when they apply for citizenship or resident return visa.
