Hello everyone! We have a granny flat availabe for lease from 24 May 2017. This would suit a working Filipino couple.The place is semi furnished with king size bed, couch, tv,microwave, cooktop and fridge. You also have your own toilet. Message lang po kng interesado kayo.Rent is 220/week. We are 10-12 mins walk to Villawood Station and 1-2 mins walk sa bus stop. Please note na hindi po kasama ang electricity.This will be discussed on inspection.
