HI . steve here , my fiancee emelina is here in Australia now on a tourist visa. extended for 1 year . iam so confused , we need to on line to do a partner visa . i have contacted the immigration and they sent me details . but i cant understand it at all ?. one part says must be in a relationship for 1 year ,how ? when emy has only 1 year on a tourist visa ,and time is running out ,iam so worried . i dont want to use a migration lawyer ,the ones i contacted all are rips offs , we live on the gold coast Queensland . can any one help us to do the the partner visa on the gold coast, do it on line . emelina is from cagayan de oro . thanks. steve
