A room will be available for rent in November 15 for one single lady.

House is a 3 bedroom with two quiet female occupants.

The house is clean, quiet, non smoking and with backyard. Rent is $180 includes wifi and electricity. The room is full furnished with double bed, desk and chair. Location is near the Sydney CBD by train around 20 minutes only.
