FBI Approved Channelers, has anyone tried getting CIC from them?

Dear All,

May nakapagtry na po ba sa inyo requesting the FBI Clearance from FBI approved channelers? Some channelers say they can only process American/Green Card holders...

Was wondering if anyone has tried requesting from these channelers and got their FBI CC?

2016 Aug 19 - Lodged application, uploaded most documents
2016 Sep 8 - CO Contact (pending SG PCC, FBI, Medicals, Form 80)
2016 Sep 16 - Received FBI clearance, Woohoo
2016 Sep 23/24 - SG PCC, Medical Exams
2016 Sep 27 - eMedicals uploaded, all information provided
