Job Responsibility

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Boarding ships for sales activities/supplies

Prior working experience in an Administration position within the warehousing / logistics / supply chain sector

Import/Export coordination experience (Advantage)

Fast and accurate data entry skills issuing quotations/invoices;

Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Word

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing demands

Highly organised and efficient

Excellent customer service skills / people person / team player

Sound communication skills both written and verbal
liaison with clients; general administration duties.

Job Requirements:

1) Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment,
2) Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
3) Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite
4) ABILITY TO SPEAK a second language highly regarded (FILIPINO LANGUAGE).
