Hey hey! The room for rent is quite spacious, has a double bed (and its beddings too), mirrored closet door, study table and chair. it's an all inclusive rent, all utilities included (water, electricity, internet, gas) and feel free to use the owner's kitchenwares

Her house is just nearby ECU Nursing building 21, just about 3-5mins walk. Bus stops are a few metres away as well.
