Hi. We are in the process of moving our things to the new place at Arncliffe (Forest Road). It is 4-6 minutes walk from/to Arncliffe Station; 12-15 minutes by train from/to the CBD.
I am looking for a female to share a room with me (good for students). Short term (minimum of 3months) or long term is appreciated. Internet is included in the rent; electric to be divided.
