Vacant room in Melbournes west- Truganina. Suitable for couple or a young family of 3 to start up.
$180-$200 including utilities per week. 10min walk to bus stop then 10min bus to 2 different trainstations. Although mostly will benefit those that are looking for one day to buy a car. Unless work is in the CBD, public transport is not sustainable here in Melbourne. Only 30mins drive to CBD and house is brand new. Freeways are very accessible in area.
Room includes double bed and wardrobe. House fully furnished.
