confuse whether to go with husband or not....

Hello everyone!
i just need some piece of advice for those people who are already working there in australia and living with their families.
balak ni husband may apply ng work under 457 visa through the help of my mother in law na nasa NSW, and with that gusto ni mother in law na kasama na kami ng son ko sa application but my problem is, my son is diagnosed at risk of ADHD, and taking speech and occupational therapy. Ngayon, kung andun na kami baka mas mahal ang cost ng therapy plus magha-hire pa kami ng nanny/babysitter while we are working. I'm just thinking na baka yung sahod namin ni hubby dun lang din mapunta sa therapy expenses ng son ko. One option is, iwan muna ang anak ko then kunin din after a year, but anong assurance ko na within one year makukuha ko na ung anak ko?
I'm really confuse...and having a hard time to decide kasi minamadali na ni mother in law yung application.
