Hi! My cousin and I are looking for a 3 bedroom unit in or near Epping. If not in Epping, we are also open to other locations as long as it is convenient to transportation.

We are hoping to rent for a long time as we hate moving around a lot.

We have tried realestate.com, but being first time renters, our luck has not picked up yet.

We are both laid back single ladies who like our quiet time at home after work. Some info about us:

*We are both permanent residents
*We are both working full time
*We don't have pets and have no plans of getting one
*We do not smoke; we rarely drink alcohol; our only vice is eating too much sweets!
*We are good with budgeting so we either pay on time or even before the rent is due.

Oct. 17, 2014 (Day 82) --- Received advice from EA about shortcomings in my requirements (COE is too broad/generic, so StatDecs from my immediate superiors were needed)
Nov. 14, 2014 (Day 110) --- Submitted additional docs to EA
Nov. 18, 2014 (Day 114) --- Received positive assessment from EA (yey!!)
Nov. 19, 2014 (Day 115) --- Submitted EOI
Nov. 28, 2014 (Day 124) --- Received invitation to Lodge Visa subclass 189
Dec. 2, 2014 (Day 128) --- Lodged visa application
Jan. 12, 2015 (Day 169) --- Medical examination
Jan. 14, 2015 (Day 171) --- Uploaded medical exam results
Jan. 15, 2015 (Day 172) --- Applied for NBI Clearance (HIT!!!! Grrr. balik na naman next week!)
Jan. 23, 2015 (Day 180) --- Finally got my NBI Clearance
Feb. 03, 2015 (Day 191) --- Golden email finally received! VISA 189 GRANTED (Direct grant; IED: Jan. 16, 2016) PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!
Apr. 25, 2015 (Day 272) --- Initial entry at Melbourne. Brrrr! Hello, Autumn!
