* gas heating/cooking and evaporative cooling system.
* roller shutters.
* 5 mins walk (0.5 km) to parafield railway station - very ideal for newly arrived migrants who need proximity to public transport (adelaide cbd is 30 mins away by train).
* located beside a catholic college.
