We are offering 2 rooms for rent. One is a small room, preferably female ($350/ every 4 weeks + bills) and a large room for couple ($450/ every 4 weeks + bills). The place is 8-10mins walk to st albans train station which is around 25mins away to cbd and is close to safeway and other shops. Rooms are available after the 7/09/15. Message me if interested.
