COE Problem Help!!!

Mga Kapatid, magpapasa na ako ng Skills Assessment next week sa TRA. My problem is - Hindi ko maipa certified true copy yong mga pay slips and other supporting documents kasi according to law in Finland, bawal mag certify ng documents na wala signature.

Wala naman payslips, course syllabus na may signature di ba? Pwede ko ba attach na lang to na di certified?

Sino dito naka encounter na ganito problem? Help!
