What is the cheapest/best way to ship a package to the Philippines? I am planning to purchase a Carry On Luggage sized at 53x34x22cm, 2.8kg. The luggage has nothing in it. Can anyone please help me on this. What are the couriers that you usually use to ship packages to the Philippines? By air and by sea. Thanks in advance!
