I have a twinshare room for $135 per bed per week
and partitioned room for $135 per bed per week
And full private room for $270 per week

House located in melbourne suburb zone 1 close to tram stop
next to australias third largest shopping center (over 500 stores)

House and room is furnished. Electricity water gas unlmited internet included in the rent.

I dont smoke and dont drink at all....Smoking outside the house only . Will appreciate if you are non smoker. Light drink is fine. No alcohol abuse. Only peaceful mature minded people need apply thanks.
