OWWA-Perth Registration

Hi, anyone knows how to register with OWWA here in Perth? Bale galing po akong SG and registered ako sa OWWA doon with a Singaporean employer. Then, directly from there, dumerecho ako dito sa Perth (was on tight sched and had no chance na umuwi pa ng Pinas). I am a 457 visa holder now. So far, sa pagkakaintindi ko, "undocumented" ang status ko dito sa AU.

Eto na po ung mga nasubukan ko:

1. From http://www.perthconsul.com website, clicked on item "23: Overseas Workers Welfare Administration" which led me to OWWA's main site (tumawag npo ako sa consulate at eto rin po ang binigay nilang payo)
2. From OWWA's main site (http://www.owwa.gov.ph), I tried to search for how to register with them here in Perth. So far no luck, so I have given up on it.

May mga nabasa na akong thread on how to obtain OEC, pero wala pa akong nakita about registration sa OWWA while in Perth. Thanks in advance po sa mga magrereply!
