This is the requirements

We are looking for applications from people with the following:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Support Engineer is essential
· Experienced in Microsoft Active Directory (min: Server 2008 functional level)
· Experienced in Exchange 2010 / 2013 / Exchange Online
· Experienced in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2012
· Experienced in configuring and supporting Windows Server 2008 / 2012
· Experienced in configuring and supporting the following:
o Microsoft Windows Operating systems (Windows 7, 8, MacOS)
o Microsoft Office Suite 2010 / 2013
o Mobile devices (Smartphone, IPad, Tablet)
o Adobe suite
o Endpoint protection / Antivirus
· Strong server, storage, desktop and laptop hardware experience
· Strong understanding of desktop configurations, SOE builds and imaging process
· Strong network troubleshooting skills
· Strong Sharepoint 2010/2013 skills
· To be highly customer focused and diligent towards providing good customer service
· Ability to work with vendors to resolve issues for cloud hosted services
· Enjoy working within a team and contributing to a team
· Ability to take ownership of technical issues and work with other groups to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
· Able to demonstrate ability to solve difficult problems in a time critical environment
· Able to handle difficult and possible awkward situations with internal clients
· Ability to understand and learn new concepts quickly
· A+/MCT/MSCA certification is desirable.
