We have 2 bedrooms for rent in Ballajura, WA. Our house is close to bus stops, IGA shopping center, asian store. Our place is 17kms. away from Perth CBD, 20kms. from Joondalup, 24kms from Perth Int'l airport. We prefer single and rent is $160/week including all utilities (elect., water, internet). Will share toilet and bath and has undercover parking for 1 car. Please PM me for more details.
