1 year nursing conversion program - Vic Uni or Deakin Uni?

Hello guys, I'm helping a friend of mine. She's a registered nurse in Phils. Worked 2 yrs as nursing aid in Singapore then 2 years nursing aid in Abu Dhabi. She's planning to study sa Vic Uni, however almost lahat ng mga narinig kong Filipino-trained nurses have applied sa Deakin. So can I ask pano yung processing? Kung okay ba sa Deakin? I'm also a nursing student pero, citizen na ako and sa Monash Uni ako so, alam kong on a budget ang friend ko kaya I'm recommending Deakin.
