Hello Kababayan, I am a Pinoy IT Professional and looking for fellow Filipino occupant to share my Fully Furnished apartment in the center of CBD.

Single ($320pw) or Couple ($350pw). All bills are included with Free Wifi.

Only 6-7 minutes walk to the Queen Victoria Building and Town-Hall train station, 3mins walk to a tram station and just 2mins to IGA/Coles supermarket. It's around the corner from the Casino, Darling Harbour, Fish Markets and a multitude of boutique shops and cafes.

Also with Indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Weights Gym, Cardio Gym, Roof Top Terrance, BBQ Area and Visitor Parking.
