Internship description
The Receptionist Internship will be varied in nature and has the opportunity for career development potential. You will benefit from 3-6 months training in a 'hands on' setting with a young and energetic team.

Internship Duties Will Include but are not limited to:
• Greeting all clients entering the office
• Receiving and answering all phone calls
• Transfer the phone calls to the relevant person
• Invite appropriate candidates for selection interview
• Conduct the information session for candidates
• Check References and Visa status on VEVO
• Co-ordinate Interviews and placement with hotels
• Register new trainees’ information on our system
• Assist the HR and operation management team on ad hoc administration duties
• Other admin tasks

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Have an outgoing Personality
- Studies Hospitality Management or Human Resource or Business
