Hi. I just wanted to ask, for those people here who have rented their own place na. What are the usual things that you ask during inspection, what are the things that you look out for, what are the do's and dont's. Can you share your tips here for someone whos about to look for a house to rent here in SA. I'm also interested how one can make sure that the rented house will have provisions for adsl/internet because mobile internet is really expensive here. Thank you in advance
