Im planning to backpacking in Tasmania.

Hi I am a fililipino based in Manila. Im here in Sydney for a short project in IT and before I come back to manila, plano ko magside trip and one place I am considering is Tasmania. I just worried na, since I dont drive, baka wala akong marating na lugar once when I reach Tasmania. I am planning to use public transport or tour coaches.

I will appreciate if some kabayan will give me some tips on Tasmania. I been to many places in other countries, but first time in big country such as Australia.

1. Where to stay.
2. Places to visit.
3. Some tips in transportation.

I hope will also meet pinoys in Tasmania, I heard from a local from Tasmania na maraming pinoy sa Island.

I am planning to go in Tasmania around 3-4th week of October for 1-2 weeks.
