I want to apply for a student visa. I need your advice. Please enlighten me.

I am in philippines and my girlfriend(she's filipina) is currently based in Melbourne.
Graduate na siya sa school where she applied for a student visa and now she's applying for a skilled visa na. She's willing to help me sa expenses like sa tuition, airfare, application fee etc. My problem is I don't know where to get show money. Both my mom and dad OFW in Canada and nanganganib na mapauwe dahil sa naghigpit sila. My question is paano ako makakakuha ng proof of funding? Loan? Sponsor? Are there any alternatives? Please help me. Thanks sa mga sasagot.

May 27, 2015 - Received COE from WAI
June 1, 2015 - Medical at SLEC
june 15,2015 - Submitted all the documents at AMS
June 16, 2015 - Urinalysis done
June 16, 2015 - Documents already picked up by VFS at AMS
June 17, 2015 - Acknowledgement from the AU Embassy
June 29, 2015 - VISA GRANTED!! THANK YOU LORD!!!
July 8,2015 - Arrived in melbourne.
Waiting game is over.
