Melbourne share house (fully furnished, unlimited internet) setting one up in 3 -4 months time

Hi everyone! In 3 to 4 months time, matatapos na ang rent ko, and I am currently looking to move to laverton around 30 to 40 min away by train from Melbourne cbd.

The place I'm aiming for is 3 to 4 bedrooms, will be fully furnished, and be suitable for another couple andone single person, plus me and my pardner. I am aiming for 600 to 700 rent per month, depende sa place. (Utilities - gas, elec, unli internet, shared equally).

If I get the bigger place, we might consider a family of three, but additional price ( bigger room).

May interested ba? Since I am already in Australia I can search around. But it would be nice to have a group of people to move in kaagad para mas masaya.
