Airport to Airport Cargo Services

Hi guys, ask ko lang po if anyone tried using normal cargo services with Airport to airport facility. Here in Middle East, there are couple of shipping companies that provides door to door services but only to Philippines, as for other countries like US, Aus or UK, airport to airport lang daw same policy applies to LBC.
Have no bad experience with these companies but never tried airport to airport facility, safe po ba to? Any inputs will be highly apprieciated.
