Dependent sister

My questions lang po ako pls help naman...As of now, I am waiting for my NSW nomination..

1. I was thinking if I can include my sister as my dependent for my subclass 190 visa? Anyway, she is a nurse and currently unemployed.

2. may chance po ba ma deny ako if she wont make it??

I put "NO DEPENDENTS" both in EOI and in NSW application before... if Ill change it would it be a big trouble?
