Looking for accommodation (Perth)

Hi there,
I am looking for an accommodation (room with t&B, or a granny flat) close to Welshpool, WA (or with in 20km radius).
Preferably with off street/secured parking as I have my company ute full of tools and spare parts.
Estimated to be in Perth on end of March 2014 to early April 2014. I am working full time and non smoker.
