hello po may question lang po ako, yung brother ko po na grant ng visa 496 for 4 years nasa melbourne sila ngayon with his wife and daughter sya ang main applicant, kaso separated na cla ng wife nya bago palang cla mag punta sa melbourne. tpos ang sabe ng agent nila they have to work for 1 yr straight to apply for PR. Ang tanong po is pede bang after 1 year brother ko lang at daughter nya lang ang iapply nya ng for PR?
