Hi everyone. Need some guidance here. I'm currently doing my 1st EIO (SA 190 & 491) and planning a second (WA 491), and this employment part is confusing due to ACS "deemed skilled date".
Listed on my ACS letter are as follows:
Deemed Skilled Date: 05-May-2020
Company 1 Job A: 1-Jul-2014 to 01-Nov-2015 (1y3m)
Company 1 Job B: 02-Nov-2015 to 01-Feb-2020 (4y3m)
Company 2 Job A: 31-Mar-2020 to 01-Feb-2022 (1y10m)
Company 2 Job B: 02-Feb-2022 to 20-Jun-2025 (3y5m)
and here's how I did it on EIO:
Company 1 Job A: 1-Jul-2014 to 01-Nov-2015
Company 1 Job B: 02-Nov-2015 to 01-Feb-2020
Company 2 Job A: 31-Mar-2020 to 04-May-2020
Company 2 Job A: 05-May-2020 to 01-Feb-2022
Company 2 Job B: 02-Feb-2022 to - (present)
So where does the actual "claiming" of points happen? It's giving me now 15 points but I'm afraid that when the invite came and I claim only 10 points, it might get refused. Do states like SA and WA have their own judgements regarding pre and post skilled date?
