Ask ko lang kung anong magandang pathway?

I’m a Chef with 9+ years experience and with Certificate 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery from an Australian Institution. Also may IELTS grade is 7.5. I’ve asked this agency “Ausphin” and ang advise nila is Visa subclass 400. I know na mas mabilis yun Visa 400, pero is there a way na makapag Visa 482 na agad ako or any pathway na mas mabilis?
