Nice room for rent. The room has a balcony and a shared ensuite. there are two entrances from the ensuite. One from the room advertised and and another entry which can be locked when bathroom is in use. The place is located just near Bulleen Plaza and is about a 2 minute walk to the plaza. Will be sharing with a Filipino female and an Australian male. Very close to public transport. $250 pw and prefer female
