Got marriage annulled in PH. Any experience updating relationship status in AU?

Hello guys! I went to Australia as a married Permanent Resident. In the process, me an my ex got separated. I am now an Australian citizen and me and my ex just received the annulment result from the court in PH. Has anyone experienced updating your relationship status here in AU? And what are the government agencies that needs to be updated (ATO, Service NSW, Medicare, etc.)? Do I need to submit anything as well? Thank you!
