Taking after husband's surname while on 491 visa

Hello everyone. Tanong ko lang sana kung may nakapag palit na ng surname nila into their husband's last name? Umuwi ako sa Pinas nung January to get married, then bumalik na ulit ako dito sa Australia a few weeks after the wedding. Any idea on how I can inform the Department of my name change? Mag-aapply sana kami ng Subsequent Entrant ni hubby soon. Anyone with similar experience?
