Incomplete ITR and Payslips

Good day everyone!! Ask ko lang if merong may similar exp with me na applying for visa 189 with more that 8 years of work exp with my profession. Okay na sana, ready to apply na. However, I'm quite worried kase kula ng-kulang yung ITR and payslips ko for 5 years. Yung SSS and Philhealth records oks naman kaso si PAGIBIG bungi ng 2 years. May chance ba ito or may iba pang workaround to prove my employment?
