A very affordable room for rent available in Clyde North area.
The house features:
centralize ducted heating/cooling
medium backyard
CCTV camera enabled
Parking ( outdoor )
Rumpus movie room
Internet with wifi enabled
2 bathrooms/toilet

The estate features open park. Walking distance from Bunnings, Aldi and a few 24/7 gyms. Coles, Woolworths and other restaurants are 5 mins drive away. Bus station is also available in the estate

You will be sharing the house with 2 individuals. Apologies but would prefer non-smokers only immigrants, working professionals or people with student visa is also preferred.

The room will be rented for a minimum of 12 months

Rent includes free internet . Other bills ( gas , water and electricity )will be split between 3 people including yourself
Very reasonable price in a nice area of Clyde North
