I have a friend who suggested to get TV then SV if you wanted the fastest route and "better" chance to proceed with your SV.
Ang sinasabi niya, na even though rejected ang SV mo, nai-aappeal daw. Please do your research on the appeal kasi may bayad din siya.
Pag onshore - mura din daw ang tuition vs offshore.
To answer your questions:
1. offshore and onshore - required ka pa din ng English exam or English as medium of instruction, all relevant documents at COE mo (halos same lang)
2. pag onshore ka dapat plantsado na, kasi mag bleed ka ng cash pag di maayos or di ka maka start agad.
dapat prior to onshore nakapag inquire ka na and ok na mga schools.
3. show money sa iba kahit offshore di nagpapakita, so case to case basis. good to have din na ready ang show money.
