Tourist Visa for Boyfriend, Girlfriend in AU in 482 visa

Hello po. Ask ko lng po sana kung sino po nkapagtry po dito na nagapply ng tourist visa for their bf/gf in the Philippines while on a 482 visa po? Is it better if ako po na nasa AU magapply pra s knya or siya po and mgbgay lng ako ng invitation letter? Also, ano po kaya pwede n documents kaya na isupport na babalik xa s Pinas kasi IT xa pero WFH setup po nla eh.
