in Working and skilled visas

Hi, any IT professionals here who have successfully received an approved 189 visa? Pinasa nyo pa yung payslips ng previous employers? Need pa ba yun or pwedeng BIR 2316 na lang? Ilang years valid yung approved visa before yung actual fly out date? The company where I'm employed right now has 2 months notice period for resignation. Thank you.

    during my time 4 years ago, bank statements or any proof of salary crediting. usually once you get your PR visa grant, you have 1 year to do first entry to AU.
