My surname spelling (one letter) is wrong on my high school and tesda credentials

Hi po!
I'm going to apply for SV but I have a problem with my school credentials ko sa Year 12 and Tesda. Mali po ang spelling nang surname ko kasi sinunod po yong sa old birth certificate ko.. Na.correct na po yong surname ko now sa PSA birth cert ko and kukuha na ako nang passport na corrected na ang spelling nang surname ko. Ang tanong ko po, pwede po bang gamitin ang school credentials ko (TOR diplomas) na mali yong apelyido ko? Kasi if hihintayin po yong revision sa DepEd eh it would take almost a year para ma.correct ang apelyido ko sa records nang DepEd.
Meron po ba dito may same issue like mine? Ano po ginawa nyo?
