Hello guys,

I just want to solicit some advice po.

Yung cousin ko pati partner nya are in the process of lodging 189 visa with de facto. They got invited na. Primary applicant yung bf and yung cousin ko is dependent. Si cousin meron anak before she met his current bf. May legal sole custody naman sya sa anak nya. Pero nasa Pinas yung bata at nagaaral. Thou pumupunta punta naman sa kanila kapag free sa school.

Question is, maisasama ba nila sa application nila yung anak ni cousin?

Meron po ba dito or kakilala kayong same case? Thanks po!
