Advise on Adding partner and son @ “non-migrating family unit”

-Submitted EOI November 2019 as “Engaged” to claim 10pts because under padin ng single category.
-I have a partner and a son born Dec 2019(not declared on EOI.)
- invited for visa 189 this Sept 2020.
- Can i safely add them on “non migrating family unit”?I plan to go 1st if granted.
- Confused dahil baka maapektuhan ang visa grant if i suddenly declare that i have a child and a partner.
- Ur inputs are highly appreciated.
