Hi po! ☺️ Just want to ask more info about this visa. I got positive na po sa Vetassess assessment, my Sponsor is now an approved SBS. Next step is for them to nominate me. Few questions lang po:
1.) Since this is a Regional Visa, restricted sa location. Is it correct po ba na majority of the working hours is spent on regional location lang ang required? Like in my case, I would be required to work in non-regional areas for, lets say 2 days a week. Possible po kaya to?
2.) Sa work ko, this will be an intra-company transfer. Ang nagsponsor sa akin is an associate company. There are two associate companies sa AU and as per research, I can work with both. Need din po ba ng company magsubmit ng business plan and supporting docs sa 2nd associate company ng sponsor ko? Or ang sponsor lang ang required?
3.) Does anyone know kung ano po ang approval/success rate ng regional nomination?
4.) Any advice on any additional docs na need isubmit ng sponsor ko para ma-approve ang nomination?
