-9 min drive to Mawson Lakes interchange, ride in train for 17-min to city
-7 min drive to Salisbury interchange, ride in train for 25-min to city
-Close walking distance to Coles supermarket, asian shop, HJ, McDo, KFC, and other shops (only 800 metres from home)
-Ducted airconditioning cooling/heating
-Separate bathroom in 2nd floor
-Separate toilet in 2nd floor
-Living in the 1st floor are late 30s couple, no baby, no pet, wife works in the city
-2-storey almost new home
